The College of Ophthalmologists of Sri Lanka over two and a half decades has faced many obstacles, travelled along many rough paths to reach its current pedestal. The global changes that took place thereafter propelled the academic activities of the College towards a new horizon. Clinical meetings, symposia and workshops took the form of webinars or virtual meetings. These webinars were an entirely a new experience to the College and the members. Planning and conducting each event was a challenging new experience to all those involved.
