Therefore, continuous medical education and training the next generation is important and it is  a  mandatory requirement for the maintenance of world standards in ophthalmic care in the country.

The college has organized an array of academic programs which covers a wide range of topics with the objective of updating the knowledge on current management of ophthalmic diseases. Further, especial emphasis is made in developing both knowledge and attitudes of the trainees as reflected in the theme of the year “Empowering the next Generation”.  

Every great purpose will always include challenges. It’s also the grit that keeps us moving towards our purpose despite obstacles and the temptation to give up. We have arranged an eminent faculty comprising both national and international speakers for the conference joining us virtually as well as physically, overcoming national and international challenges.
